I used to take coq10 all the time. Mine were 100 mg and I thought they were too strong because I had trouble sleeping. Especially if I took them in afternoon or evenings. I can't imagine what would happen if I took a 300 mg. Might keep me awake for a week! I can't say if it had any effect on lipomas. I was on a healthy diet and also taking lots of other stuff. I don't think it hurt! Not too long ago coq10 was sold in 10 mg tablets. Taking 300 mg will probably give you some bad unwanted side effects like not being able to sleep. There is no way in hell I would take that large of a dose. I used to divide my 100 mg in half and they still kept me awake. Lots of energy though.

Surfsteve, why did you start taking CoQ10? Any special reason?

I took it for extra energy but I don't take it anymore because it makes it hard to sleep at night and almost seems like a drug rather than natural energy.
