I'm the starter of this board and I believe it's possible to have an effect to lipomas with certain natural supplements. I personally have had some success especially with the apricot kernels (see below).
In a HURRY? See here what supplements I recommend to control your lipomas.
And I now think that the appearance of new lipomas and the growth rate of the existing ones has slowed down because of the supplements I'm taking. In addition the itchiness and pain in my lipomas has diminished.
It's amazing of how many natural supplements have been discovered to be both antitumor and antimicrobial!
See a list of some the most powerful antitumor and antimicrobial substances in this thread where I speculate that microbes could be the reason for tumors.
I want to share my experience with Amazon since many of you have asked
where to buy good and trustworthy natural supplements to help treat lipomas. I previously used IHerb to order my supplements but changed to Amazon since they have warehouses all over and it's cheaper/faster for me to order.
The products I use are pure and safe. Although I now strongly recommend Amazon, I'm sure you can find these products also from IHerb.
I originally bought my supplements from a local natural product store. Later on I heard from my friend about IHerb which is located in somewhere in the US, in Cali I think. IHerb is an online natural products store which provides a large amount of different supplements. And yes, they are not all good products. Some are made in China and may be poor quality so you need to know some before ordering.
Although IHerb was perfect for me I have since tested Amazon and I quickly learned it's a cheaper and faster option for me. Amazon has warehouses (or fulfilment centres) e.g. in US, UK, Australia, Germany and India.
Please note, there are no real medical proofs that any of these products work against lipomas but there are many supporting evidence. And some products like vitamin D, magnesium, iodine and vitamin C will definitely help you to cope with lipomas in other ways like by enchanching your immune system.
As some of you may already know I live in a cold and dark country, Finland

Summers are fine though, although way too short. For this very reason it is important that we get enough vitamin D as well as other important supplements into our system. If you live in north, please consider extra vitamin D boost, at least during the winter months.
Here's a short promo video of Amazon just to show you awesome they are
Amazon is probably the biggest merchandise provider in the world so they know what they are doing and are thus a trustworthy company.
They ship all around the world!
I have to pay for shipping but I usually order more at once so the shipping cost is minimal compared to what I get. And often they have FREE SHIPPING if your total exceeds a certain amount. I have never had any problems with Amazon and they always ship quickly. I can honestly recommend it!
And still after all these expenses I pay about half the amount I'd pay if I bought from a local natural product store
AND MOST OF THE BRANDS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME!
This is why I decided to create a post where I'd present my favorite products.
Note, I only recommend products here which I have personally bought and tested.
So here goes...
First. Vitamin D of course!

I like to use vitamin D3 by Nutrigold Vitamin D3 5000 IU (international units). The capsules are in a liquid format and vitamin D is known to absorb better as such. 5000 IU is equal to 125 micrograms. I take one or two capsules per day so this one bottle lasts a year! Vitamin D is extracted from the sheep's wool which is a good source. This product is pure and there are no anykind of additives. If you are going to buy vitamin D I strongly recommend you buy this one!

Second. Magnesium

In order for my vitamin D3 to absorb properly I know I have to eat also magnesium. In addition I weight train and swim so I get less muscle cramps by eating magnesium. I chose Nature's Bounty, High Potency Magnesium, 500 mg that is in Magnesium Oxide (not sulphide!) format. Magnesium Oxide absorbs way better than the sulphide. Suplhide is thus a little cheaper but if you look at the price of this product it's not the place to save.
You should buy magnesium here
Third. Iodine

Iodine has many connecting links have been made towards hypothyroidism and lipomas. Again I tried to find the best product for the high absorbability and cost-effectiveness. Iodine is an essential supplement for proper thyroid hormone production and playes a huge role in immune function. Iodine is also known to be antibacterial. This iodine is in liquid ionic format and is thus 100% bioavailable, easy to drink and tasteless. Usually one needs to consume large amounts of iodine to have even the smallest amount absorbed. According to the manufacturer it is not the case with this product.

Fourth. Vitamin C

Large doses of vitamin C have been shown to be beneficial among cancer patients. I take vitamin C as well as vitamin D to prevent also my seasonal colds. Since starting regularly consuming these supplements three years ago I have had one episode of flu which lasted for 5 days. Before I had flus every year, sometimes a couple. We have discussed about the role of vitamin C and lipomas on this board before and there is evidence it slows down the growth of tumors. For my vitamin C I chose Now Foods 1000 mg capsules. I eat sometimes two capsules per day but if you are smaller (weight less than I do) you may want to take one every second day. Large amounts of vitamin C (usually 2 grams or more) may lift your blood sugar. Some could say the bad thing about this product is that it comes from China. Still vitamin C is pretty straightforward to manufacture, easily absorbed and this product is cheap and lasts for a long time.

Fifth. Turmeric

There are multiple links which show that turmeric may help to treat lipomas. I am currently eating around 600mg to 2000mg daily. I tried another brand earlier but it made my stomach hurt (a pretty common side effect for some) so I shifted to Longvida curcumin power. We have discussed about turmeric in multiple threads like here and here. For some reason turmeric is also highly recommended by veterinarians to reduce lipomas in dogs. I have since learned that curcumin is poorly absorbed from the stomach which is why you should read this post about Longvida curcumin for lipomas.

Sixth. Sodium Bicarbonate

I bought Sodium Bicarbonate since an Italian doctor Simoncini (a quack claimed by some) recommends sodium bicarbonate as a treatment for lipomas. Simoncini recommends injecting sodium bicarbonate around the lipoma but since I am not a doctor and I doubt any doctor would be doing so any time soon I'm trying the next best thing: to eat small amounts of it. The reason I do not eat regular baking soda from a grocery store is that they may include other ingredients such as aluminium. This Amazon alternative is free from any additives and is as pure as it gets. You shouldn't take too much per day or you may get stomach problems as I did at first

You should buy pure sodium bicarbonate here
Seventh. Serrapeptase

I bought more of Serrapeptase because I first quit it after one bottle but then I started thinking that maybe I gave up too easily. Serrapeptase is a little costly but it is documented to be able to dissolve dead tissue and fibrin. Subcutaneous lipomas are often encapsulated by a thin fibrous layer. This brand is also stronger than the first brand I tried. Some say it has dissolved their cysts and eased up the inflammation. I recommend you read the product reviews as they are strongly encouranging.

Finally. Amygdalin (Laetrile or vitamin B17)

I first came across apricot seeds and Laetrile (vitamin B17) when watching different youtube videos about tumors. I found many videos which claim that Amygdalin (an active ingredient in apricot seeds) had helped to shrink and even eliminate tumors in patients. I then decided to test whether the apricot seeds would have any effect to my lipomas. To my great surprise my lipomas stopped hurting and itching about few days after I had started to consume the apricot seeds! Now, I have no clue whether it really was because of the seeds or because of some other thing but I later quit eating apricot seeds for a couple of weeks and my lipomas started to itch again. I reinitiated the seeds and the itching disappeared again. If you deside to eat apricot seeds please start at low dosage (1 to 2 seeds per day) and see how you feel about them. Too much too soon could get you in to trouble and some have even died after consuming excessive amounts of amygdalin. So if you have any side effects like stomach problems, headache or dizziness, quit for a while.

My current approach is to take a mixture of everything. I vary a bit daily of what I take and take some breaks in between to see whether it has any effects to my lipomas. So far I have the feeling my lipomas are not as painful and itchy, and are a lot softer than they were before I started to take any of the above supplements. None has yet to disappear though but I'm trying hard!
To achieve the maximum effect I take the products to an empty stomach in the mornings.
I'm also eagerly following how Fibrovan, Hydrogen Peroxide and Triphala will work.
