Prior Sarcoma New Lipoma

I have had Fibromyxoid Sarcoma and have a new lipoma after being clean 10 years. The new lipoma is in my leg and I don’t know if I should be concerned. I went to ER on Thursday because I thought I possibly had a blood clot in my calf (history of DVT also), no DVT but lipoma was found on ultrasound in the location I thought clot was. Just looking for advice. They did not tell me the size, but gave me the ultrasound CD to give to oncology to review.
