adominal lipoma surgery

I went in thinking it was a hernia repair abdominal wall which is what my doc thought too. The cat San revealed a large tissue mass which they removed and it came back benign. That was over 2 1/2 weeks ago
I went back to surgeon for checkup and was told . No restrictions it was just a lipmoma. if it hurts don't do it . We'll it still hurts. I have had to do my own research as I didn't even know what a lipmoma was.
I was wondering if anyone knew if these symptoms are surgery related.
Dizziness, pain going down in leg, feeing like nerve endings spasms after being up on feet for a whole
I am self employed in commercial cleaning industry.
There telling me no restrictions and I am like I can't work like this.
Should I give it more time.

What was the size of lipoma that was removed?
Are you taking any medicines post surgery?

Sometime it happens after surgery, You must take the proper medicine and consult the docters about this issue...
