No Idea

Just had my yearly physical for work and as soon as I took my shirt off the Dr. was shocked at the scars on my stomach and back. I tried to explain what the lipomas were but was frustrated on her reaction. She honestly had to look up lipomatosis and started to ask me questions about it. Very disappointing when you see this reaction from your local doctors. I told her what I have learned from this site and treatments you can get. She thought it was crazy to even take them out. I told her about the fears of cancer and the annoience of them. She just shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well, your surgeon probably loves you." Other than that I am completely healthy and she said that my body is exactly where it should be. It is so damn confusing when you here how healthy you are but yet your mind knows that the lipomas are not. Anyways I get blood work done on friday, so I'll see if anything shows up on that. I hope all are doing well and staying positive. God bless and stay positive. P.S. thanks for the updates and information daily. It helps alot of us when the days are tough.

Haha. She was a very educated doctor but had no information on lipomas. Honestly though if I didn't have these little problems I wouldn't know about them. I just hope a cure of some sort falls into the right hands. I'm willing to spend the money if possible as I know others here feel the same way.
