Hey matt, I'm about to buy vitamin D and Magnesium supplements and I was wondering, do you happen to know the difference between these two magnesium supplements?

One says it's only Magnesium Citrate and another says it's Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Aspartate

It seems like you have tested a lot of things for your Lipomas. Did the above mentioned supplements work for you. I know Lipoma didn't work for any one.

Hey everybody. I had one of these on the back of my hand & this lady at the health food store said to take Nature's Sunshine Special Formula #1 and take the whole bottle.

I took the whole bottle like the lady said and the lipoma totally dissolved!! It was less than the size of a dime (and very hard), so larger ones would probably require a 2nd bottle or 3rd, etc. - you get the idea.

They renamed this formula - so you'll have to find somebody who's been around Nature's Sunshine (a MLM) for the last 25 years who can tell you what they call it now.

My mom's family used to get rid of these by hitting them really, really hard with the handle part of a knife - but I tried that & just messed up my tendons so bad it never totally healed.

I guess if you pop the shell - your body re-absorbs it - but I wouldn't try that again - no matter how tempting it is because you just want to get rid of it.

I now have a big, hard one on my forehead & I'm sick of it after 11 years, so I'm getting the Nature's Sunshine stuff - soon as I find out what the new name of it is.

In the meantime - I read that rubbing Lugol's Iodine on it will make it dissolve - so I started doing that & we'll see what it does.

Now that I know what this is - I wouldn't be opposed to injecting the Lugol's straight into it to see what would happen - but I don't have a needle.

If it was about popping the shell and your body reabsorbing it then you could just puncture it with a needle and the same thing would happen but unfortunately that's not the reality we're living in.

I also heard some people saying that putting iodine on lipomas makes them dissolve but whenever there was someone really testing it out, they'd all report it to be false. Over time you get used to such rumors floating around and don't take them seriously anymore

Hey everyone my names josh been following this page for about a year. I've first started getting lipomas age 17, I'm now 26 and have had maybe 20 cut out and currently have about 30. Ive been taking longvida curcumin and vitamin c for 9 months, and have noticed a couple new lumps since then, but they are all smaller that form and the ones before haven't even grown any. One thing I was thinking about today is I work outside and get plenty of sun in the summer, in the winter however I don't get much sun for almost two months. It might just be coincidence but I've always seemed to get more lumps in the winter months and had more form last winter than ever! I will take vitamin D, magnesium, and of course curcumin this winter and let everyone know the results with controlling my lipomas. Seems like I didn't get very many before just built up over time which really makes me wonder some things! I know genetics play a factor but not one person in my family has one and what if our body's were just born different like we're lacking something? It seems to me that most people start getting them in there late teens or early twentys any thoughts on this?

I wanna buy turmeric, magnesium citrate and vitamin C from them since that's the supplements I have available where I am now and ordering from Amazon is a pain in the ass here.

You can try calcium and magnesium tablets from nutrilite. I eat them regularly and they are good.

Are you still taking the same supplements? Can you give us an update and also let us know if you think they are at least preventing new Lipomas?
